NutriSphere-NL® - Retain more nitrogen for plant uptake

NutriSphere-NL® for liquid nitrogen fertilisers such as UAN helps reduce the 3 ways nitrogen is lost to the environment (volatilisation, leaching and nitrification) by stabilising the nitrogen. Also, it improves the efficiency of the nitrogen applied which provides for a more productive crop and reduces the environmental impact.

NutriSphere-NL® is fully water soluble which means it mixes easily with liquid fertiliser and moves with the liquid fertiliser as it enters the soil. This helps protect the nitrogen over several months. This solubility allows the protected nitrogen to be available from the start.

NutriSphere-NL® plays a significant role in reducing nitrates in water and ammonia loss to the atmosphere.

NutriSphere-NL has been assessed by “conformity assessment bodies” under the new FPR 2019-1009 regulation (effective July 2022) and has been proven to be complaint under the criteria set out in section PFC 5C of the FPR – urease inhibitor. Under this compliance ruling NutriSphere -NL is granted a CE mark as a urease inhibitor and can be marketed across all EU countries.

Application Rate

NutriSphere-NL® is applied at 5 litres into 1000 litres of UAN (0.5% of total tank mix) or 3.9 litres per 1000 kg UAN.
