Verdesian announces the acquisition of Cytozyme Labs Inc.
Strengthened portfolio of Nutrient Use Efficiency technologies
Verdesian Life Sciences, a market leader in developing patented biological, nutritional, fertiliser enhancers, seed treatment and inoculant technologies, is pleased to announce that it has successfully acquired the long-established innovation led soil-to-shelf crop solutions manufacturer Cytozyme Laboratories, Inc.
This exciting addition further strengthens our established portfolio of Nutrient Use Efficiency technologies.
Strategic acquisition
Since 2018 Verdesian Life Sciences has worked strategically alongside the management team at Cytozyme Laboratories developing technologies based on a complex 45 step fermentation process, using plant extracts, which has resulted in a new exciting connected range of treatments, that will help growers achieve stronger, healthier and more sustainable crops.
